Use of the word «Almighty» (παντοκράτωρ) in the New Testament

14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 1Ki 18, 21. Srh 13, 17.
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Lev 26, 12. Jer 31, 1. 1Co 3, 16. 1Co 6, 19.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, Isa 52, 11. Jer 50, 8. Rev 18, 4.

7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty (κύριε ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ), true and righteous are thy judgments.

13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. Rev 12, 9. Rev 19, 20. Rev 20, 10.

22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty (ὁ γὰρ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ) and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. Isa 60, 19. Rev 22, 5.

Use of the word «Almighty» (שַׁדַּי) in the Old Testament

1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; (שַׁדַּי); walk before me, and be thou perfect. Gen 12, 7. Gen 24, 40. Gen 48, 15.
2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. Gen 12, 2.

1 And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan. Gen 24, 3.
2 Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother's brother. Gen 22, 23.
3 And God Almighty (וְאֵל שַׁדַּי) bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people;
4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.

9 And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padanaram, and blessed him.
10 And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel. Gen 32, 28.
11 And God said unto him, I am God Almighty (אֵל שַׁדַּי): be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins; Gen 1, 28. Gen 17, 1.

2 And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: Exo 15, 3.
3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, (שַׁדָּי); but by my name JEHOVAH (יְהוָה) was I not known to them. Gen 17, 1. Gen 26, 24. Gen 28, 13.

6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD (יְהוָה) is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty (כְּשֹׁד מִשַּׁדַּי). Joe 1, 15.

5 And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God (אֵל־שַׁדַּי), when he speaketh.

15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD (יֹום יְהוָה) is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty (וּכְשֹׁד מִשַׁדַּי) shall it come. Isa 13, 6.

1 Then Job answered and said,
2 Even to day is my complaint bitter: my stroke is heavier than my groaning.
3 Oh that I knew where I might find him! that I might come even to his seat!
4 I would order my cause before him, and fill my mouth with arguments.
5 I would know the words which he would answer me, and understand what he would say unto me.
6 Will he plead against me with his great power? No; but he would put strength in me.
7 There the righteous might dispute with him; so should I be delivered for ever from my judge.
8 Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him:
9 On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him:
10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. Job 31, 4. Job 33, 9.
11 My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined. Psa 119, 51.
12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.
13 But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.
14 For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him.
15 Therefore am I troubled at his presence: when I consider, I am afraid of him.
16 For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty (וְשַׁדַּי) troubleth me:
17 Because I was not cut off before the darkness, neither hath he covered the darkness from my face.
