Image and Prototype
Saints in the Kingdom of God are similar to their Prototype.
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: …
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
2 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them,
3 and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
Turn to God and become His little children
To enter the Kingdom of Heaven turn to God and receive the Kingdom of God like a little child (
It is necessary to assume that absolutely all saints, glorified by the Church, entered the kingdom of God as little children.
1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, Mar 9, 36.
3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted (ἐὰν μὴ στραφῆτε), and become as little children (ὡς τὰ παιδία), ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Mar 10, 14. 1Co 14, 20.
5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children (τὰ παιδία) to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Mat 18, 4.
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. Mat 11, 25.
16 And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them. Mat 19, 15.
34 And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:
35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God (υἱοί εἰσιν τοῦ θεοῦ), being the children of the resurrection.
