48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.
49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God (σὺ εἶ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ θεοῦ); thou art the King of Israel (σὺ βασιλεὺς εἶ τοῦ Ἰσραήλ).
50 Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.
51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man. Gen 28, 12.

12 On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel (ὁ βασιλεὺς τοῦ Ἰσραήλ) that cometh in the name of the Lord. Mat 21, 8. Mar 11, 8. Luk 19, 36.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.
28 And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.
29 And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews (ὁ βασιλεῦς τῶν Ἰουδαίων)!
30 And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head.
31 And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.

36 And sitting down they watched him there;
37 And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS (ὁ βασιλεῦς τῶν Ἰουδαίων).
38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left. Isa 53, 12.
39 And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads, Psa 22, 7. Psa 109, 25.
40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. Mat 26, 61. Mar 14, 58.
41 Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,
42 He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel (εἰ βασιλεὺς Ἰσραήλ ἐστιν), let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.
43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God (Θεοῦ εἰμι υἱός). Psa 22, 8, 17. Прем 2, 18.

16 And the soldiers led him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call together the whole band.

25 And it was the third hour, and they crucified him.
26 And the superscription of his accusation was written over, THE KING OF THE JEWS (Ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν Ἰουδαίων). Mat 27, 37.
27 And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left.
28 And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors. Isa 53, 12.
