Claretians (C.M.F.)

Claretians (lat. Congregatio Missionariorum Filiorum Immaculati Cordis Beatae Mariae Virginis; C.M.F.) — Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Roman Catholic Church).

The Order was founded on July 16, 1849.
Founder — St. Anthony Maria Claret.
Officially approved by the Vatican — February 11, 1870.

Two women's congregations of Claretins:
The Claret Missionaries of the Immaculate Virgin Mary (R.M.I.), founded by A. Claret in 1855.
Missionaries of St. Antonia Maria Clareta, (M.C.), founded in 1958 in Brazil.
