Total Solar Eclipse in the Middle of the Moon TetradAnd there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the starsAccording to NASA there are about two lunar eclipses per year. A totally eclipsed Moon called blood moon for the reddish coloration of the Earth shadow. What’s unusual during 2014-2015 season is that there are four blood moons within 18 months — astronomers call that a tetrad — and all of them occur during Jewish holidays. Lunar eclipses on April 15 and October 8 of 2014 concur with the Jewish Passover and Feast of the Tabernacle. Lunar eclipses falling on April 4 and September 28, 2015 also concur with the same Jewish holidays. Another amazing fact is that the solar eclipse on March 20th falls right in the middle of the blood moon tetrad. Let us suppose, reffering to Luke 21:25-28, that those heavenly signs bring us close to the eschatological times. Evangelicals agree that many of these End Times Events are happening now
… Best-selling author and Texas televangelist pastor John Hagee sees the four blood moons as evidence of a future
"world-shaking event"
that begins to fulfill End Times prophecy. He cites Acts 2:19-20 as a sign:
19
And I will show wonders in Heaven above and signs in the Earth beneath,
20 the sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. Acts 2:19-20
In extensive remarks available online on his interpretation of the Blood Moons, Hagee says, "I believe that the heavens are God's billboard, that He has been sending signals to planet Earth, and we just haven't been picking them up." He adds: "God is literally screaming at the world: 'I'm coming soon.'" <…> In general, evangelicals view the End Times not as the immediate end of the world, rather as a period when certain events must unfold, according to prophecy, over a long period of time prior to the return of Jesus. Evangelicals, however, would agree that many of these End Times events — particularly as related to Israel — are happening now. <…> Hagee, who sees the tetrad as particularly meaningful for Israel, says previous tetrads, in 1492, 1948 and 1967, coincided with such events as the expulsion of Jews from Spain at the end of the Inquisition, statehood for Israel, and the Six-Day War.

Total Solar Eclipse On March 20th Falls In The Middle Of The Four Blood Red Moons
The total solar eclipse on March 20th falls on Nisan 1, which is the first day of the first month of the Biblical calendar. According to Jewish tradition, a solar eclipse on Nisan 1 is a sign of judgment. And this has certainly been true in the past. For example, there was a solar eclipse on Nisan 1 in 70 AD. Later that year, the Romans attacked Jerusalem and completely destroyed the Temple. What makes all of this even more interesting is the fact that the solar eclipse on March 20th falls right in the middle of the blood moon tetrad, and it also happens to fall during the Shmitah (Sabbatical) year. If you are not a believer, you may be tempted to dismiss all of this as some sort of extremely bizarre coincidence. If you are a believer, you also might be skeptical. But by the end of this article, at least you will understand what so many people are talking about right now. In the Scriptures, we are told that God created the sun and the moon, and that he intended for them to act as “signs”. The following comes from Genesis chapter one…
14
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night;
and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. Gen.1:14-16
So specifically how can the sun and moon be “signs” as God originally intended?

And according to Jewish tradition, blood red moons are an omen of war for Israel.
<…>
We already witnessed a war between Israel and Hamas in 2014, but personally I am convinced that more war could soon come to the Middle East.

As I mentioned above, when a solar eclipse falls on Nisan 1 it is traditionally considered to be a sign that judgment is coming to the world… According to Jewish tradition: “… when the sun is in eclipse, it is a bad omen for the whole world. This may be illustrated by a parable. Of course Jewish tradition is not Scripture, but it is very interesting to note. And what we do know is that we have seen this kind of pattern before. On Nisan 1 in 70 AD, there was a total solar eclipse. But that was not the only eclipse during that time period. In fact, there were a whole series of eclipses that took place on key Biblical dates before and after the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem:
Now we find ourselves in the middle of a similar series of eclipses. So could it be possible that this total eclipse on March 20th is a sign of judgment? Or is all of this just a giant coincidence? Either way, at least now you understand what so many people are talking about.
