⁵⁴ But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? Psa 22, 1. Isa 53, 2. Dan 9, 26.

⁵ And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man.

⁹ If any man have an ear, let him hear.
¹⁰ He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. Gen 9, 6. Isa 33, 1. Mat 26, 52. Rev 14, 12.

⁹ And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
¹⁰ The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: Psa 75, 8. Isa 66, 24. Jer 25, 9. Rev 16, 19.
¹¹ And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Isa 34, 10. Mat 25, 41. Jhn 5, 29. Rev 19, 3.
¹² Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

¹ Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee.
